The following terms, when used throughout these Terms & Conditions, shall carry the meanings set out below:

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ph7774 governing all use of the ph7774 Platform. By taking any one of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to these Terms in full:

• Completing the registration process and creating an Account on ph7774;
• Logging into an existing Account on the ph7774 Platform;
• Accessing or navigating any portion of ph7774.club;
• Making any deposit or placing any wager on the Platform;
• Claiming any bonus, promotion, or reward offered by ph7774.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the ph7774 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between ph7774 and each Player. In the event of a conflict between any of these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise expressly stated.

Access to and use of the ph7774 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuous basis:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or use the ph7774 Platform. 3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is primarily operated for and directed at users in the Philippines. 3.3 Capacity to Contract

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) ph7774 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, payment details, or any other means of obfuscation — is strictly prohibited. Detection of multiple Accounts associated with a single Player will result in permanent closure of all such Accounts and forfeiture of balances in excess of deposited Funds.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

4.2 Account Security

4.3 Notification of Unauthorized Access

You must immediately notify ph7774 via the 24/7 live chat support channel if you have reason to believe that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or that your credentials have been compromised. ph7774 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon such notification.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the ph7774 support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed according to standard withdrawal timelines before Account closure is finalized. Players who have requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program may not reopen their Account during the duration of the self-exclusion period.

ph7774 accepts deposits denominated exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern all deposit transactions:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Pesos One Hundred (₱100.00). 5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's ph7774 wallet in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and PesoNet are typically credited within fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes. ph7774 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

5.4 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds used are derived from lawful sources and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account used. ph7774 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and may conduct source-of-funds verification for large or suspicious transactions.

ph7774 is committed to processing Player withdrawals promptly. The following terms govern all withdrawal requests:

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Pesos One Hundred (₱100.00). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are processed within three (3) minutes of request confirmation under standard conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported banking institutions are processed within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high platform volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal to Registered Account Only

For security purposes, withdrawals may only be directed to the GCash number, Maya account, or bank account registered and verified under the Player's own name on the ph7774 Account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited and will be declined automatically by ph7774's payment processing system.

6.4 KYC Verification

ph7774 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, PhilSys ID, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID), proof of address, and documentation confirming ownership of the designated withdrawal account. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in suspension of the withdrawal request.

6.5 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals

Withdrawals that include Bonus Credits or winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to the wagering requirements associated with the applicable bonus. Players must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before such Funds become withdrawable. Deposited Funds that have not been used to generate Bonus Credits remain withdrawable at any time subject to standard processing terms.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available only to Players with verified Accounts in good standing.

• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of system errors, or through violation of these Terms will be voided and any winnings derived therefrom forfeited.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most ph7774 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any portion derived from the bonus becomes withdrawable). The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is published on the relevant promotion page. 7.3 Welcome Bonus

8.1 Certified Random Number Generators

8.2 Return to Player (RTP)

No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be payable in connection with a technical malfunction. The decision of ph7774's technical operations team regarding the handling of malfunction events is final.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

If a Player experiences an internet disconnection during an active game round, the outcome will be determined by the game engine in accordance with the game's standard rules. ph7774 maintains server-side game session records and will honor game outcomes that concluded during a disconnection event. Players are encouraged to ensure stable internet connectivity before placing wagers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph7774 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Opening or using more than one Account on the ph7774 Platform;
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where such use is unlawful;

ph7774 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to protecting Players who may be at risk of developing problem gambling behaviors. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all Players:

10.1 Player Protection Tools

ph7774 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered Players at any time via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount they may deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a twenty-four (24) hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that prompt them at defined intervals during active gaming sessions.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to ph7774's support team are actioned immediately. Excluded Players may not circumvent self-exclusion by opening a new Account.

10.2 Age Protection

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, game content, text, graphics, and other materials available on the ph7774 Platform ("Platform Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of ph7774 and its licensors, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for the purpose of participating in ph7774 services in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any Platform Content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform Content;
• Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any Platform software;
• Use any ph7774 trademark, logo, or brand asset without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of Platform Content may constitute infringement of ph7774's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph7774 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the Player's use of the Platform;
• Technical failures, server downtime, communication disruptions, or other interruptions to Platform availability caused by events beyond ph7774's reasonable control;
• Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to a Player's Account arising from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party payment service providers, internet service providers, or other external parties involved in the Player's use of the Platform.

Where ph7774 is found liable to a Player for any cause, ph7774's total aggregate liability to that Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ph7774's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

ph7774 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to ph7774's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph7774 may be required to disclose Player data to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and relevant Philippine government agencies, in compliance with applicable law. Such disclosures are made in accordance with ph7774's legal obligations and do not constitute a breach of these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

ph7774 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph7774 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document;
• Display a notice on the Platform informing Players of the change;
• Where practicable, notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or within the Account dashboard.

Continued use of the ph7774 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. Players who do not accept the amended Terms must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.1 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute between a Player and ph7774 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game played on the Platform, the parties agree to the following resolution process:

1. Step 1 — Informal Resolution: The Player must first contact ph7774's customer support team via live chat or email, providing full details of the dispute. ph7774 will respond within five (5) business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at Step 1 to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to ph7774's Compliance team in writing, providing all relevant documentation.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for independent review in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

The outcome of any dispute resolution process conducted in accordance with this Section shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to any appeal rights available under applicable Philippine law.
